1 – DON’T SLEEP WEARING YOUR WATCH.
Wearing a watch to sleep is not only such a hassle, but it could also cause unwanted/unintended bruises all over your body. So watch out!
2 – DON’T SLEEP WITH YOUR BRA ON!
Let’s get this myth out of the way – bras, even tight-fitting bras, haven’t not been proven to cause breast cancer if you prolong its use. However, it’s definitely much more comfortable and relaxing to sleep with your bra off, as it relieves the tension that usually comes along with a tight-fitting bra. If you really can’t help it, try a bra that’s not too tight for your breasts at night.
3 – DON’T SLEEP BESIDE YOUR PHONE!
Not only will you increase the chances of ruining your phone by sleeping on top of it, routinely sleeping beside your phone will encourage the habit of using your phone before you go to sleep (which will in turn make you sleepless). The phone’s glare is of course potentially harmful to the eyes and of course there are unsubstantiated claims that phones’ electromagnetic signals can harm your body.
4 – DON’T SLEEP WITH MAKE-UP.
This one doesn’t need to be explained – there are tons of chemicals in makeup that will cause damage in the long run if they stay too long on your skin. Makeup also clogs your pores which will make it hard for you to perspire, something that the body does during sleep.
5- DON’T SLEEP WITH YOUR PANTS ON
You don’t want to sleep wearing the wear pants that you wore the entire day, do you? Your pants have probably been subjected to all kinds of dirt and grime. Wear your freshest shorts and underwear to let your legs breathe.
6 – DON’T SLEEP WITH OTHER PEOPLE’S WIVES OR HUSBANDS.
Scientists are of the opinion that one may never wake up again; and if this happens? DISGRACE AWAITS, as in, one will likely be picked up dead, by loved ones from such a place to the Morgue!
