Our fingernails are one of the few parts of the body that we regularly tend to, due to its nature – it always grows to unwanted lengths! In society, if we want to be seen as clean and hygienic, we should constantly clean our fingernails, either by clipping the unwanted parts or getting them scrubbed.

But did you know that our fingernails are also great indicators of our well-being, not just in the sense of cleanliness? A differently colored nail could mean the onset of disease, for example.
